Olathe, KS – The Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International (RIMA-I) will be presenting an educational training session entitled “Fundamentals of Reflective Technology” at the 2011 METALCON show in Atlanta, Georgia. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 12, from 11:30 am – 2 pm, in the Georgia World Congress Center and will earn participants 1.5 learning units credit.
This luncheon and training session provides an introduction to reflective technology. It will review the physics involved, address some of the test methods used, discuss how R-Values are achieved and introduce the attendees to the types of reflective insulation available on the market today. Anyone who installs, sells or works with reflective products can benefit from this training.
Following the course, attendees will have the option to complete a quiz on the materials and information presented, which can be returned for a Certificate of Completion identifying them as being trained in reflective technology. In addition, a special RIMA International embroidered Ping golf shirt will accompany each certificate.
