My husband and I live in our Econoline van, year round. We recently purchased a roll of the 100 foot Reflectix Insulation to see if we could stop some of the cold, Michigan, winter temps from freezing us as we sleep. I am happy to say IT WORKED WONDERS! Our old van is toasty warm. It was well worth the money spent.
